Where it all begins
Location - We are 14 miles SW from Manassas VA, 12 miles East from Warrenton VA, 18 miles NW from Fredericksburg VA. Pastures - 2 large, 2 medium, 1 small. Used for pasture boarding with Nelson waterers. Paddocks - 5 separate dry areas roughly 35x80, all fed with Nelson Waterers Riding Arena - 100x200 with 20 lights, stone dust footing, well kept. Round Pen - 55 foot diameter with lights, rustic "old cowboy" log type. Barn - 6 Stalls 12x12, wash stall.       |
